The concept
A tasting menu consisting of seven courses is carefully created.

Always considering the client’s requirements and inspirations. Living poetically, being in the chef’s kitchen while creating a delicacy would be like being in a painter’s studio at the exact moment when he paints colors on the canvas. However, the concept “requires” a minimum of 50 people and a maximum of 150 people.

The questions everyone asks
1. Can we customize the menu for our event?
Of course! All menus are tailored to each event. We adapt to the concept, schedule, number of people, allergies, and even the CEO’s quirks.
2. Do you also handle venue logistics and service?
Yes. In addition to the food, MAD coordinates the service, equipment, staff, and, if necessary, handles the liaison with the venue. You just have to show up (or not even that).
3. Do you cater to food intolerances or specific diets?
Always. We have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free solutions… and no hassle.
4. How many people can you serve per event?
We are not afraid of large numbers. We cater events ranging from 10 to 1,000 people, and we guarantee flavor and service at all scales.
5. How far in advance should I make a reservation?
Ideally, 2 to 4 weeks in advance. But if you have an urgent (and crazy) case, talk to us, we’re good at saving the day.
6. Do you cater events outside Lisbon?
Yes! We’ll go wherever we need to: north, south, islands, or even beyond borders. The only condition? We bring our creative insanity and a good reason to serve something memorable.
