HOW WE WORK
30 minutes of flavourful pause
Perfect for productive mornings or intense afternoons,
our coffee break includes coffee, infusions and curated snacks —
a stylish way to recharge.
The ideal pause to keep the energy flowing through meetings, training sessions or corporate events.

Between breakfast and lunch, there’s room to be bold. For 120 minutes, we serve a creative fusion of sweet and savory flavors. Handcrafted croissants, eggs in countless ways, vibrant bowls, and warm dishes — all with MAD’s unexpected twist. Ideal for informal events and relaxed gatherings.

The gastronomic experience in a classic format.
Seated service with 3 or 4 courses – starter, main dish, dessert, and, if you want to raise the bar, amuse-bouche or pre-dessert.
A tailor-made menu, crafted with technique, aesthetics, and storytelling on the plate.

Food on the move. Guests too.
A food station where each person serves themselves at their own pace. We provide high-top tables to create a fluid, relaxed atmosphere that encourages networking. Ideal for short events or those with lots of interaction.

The balance between informality and comfort.
Guests choose their dishes at the stations, sit at 10-seat tables, and are assisted by staff for dish collection, replenishment, and water and wine service. A flexible format with a touch of sophistication.

60 minutes of pure provocation to the palate.
Served between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM, our cocktail features bold canapés, elegant finger food, and combinations that surprise from the very first bite. A vibrant prelude to whatever comes next.

A toast that opens doors (and whets the appetite).
Lasting 30 or 60 minutes, the welcome drink is served before lunch or dinner. It includes a variety of beverages and light snacks, with a focus on presentation and creating a relaxed atmosphere right from the start.

A social-style dinner.
Over 120 minutes, we replace the traditional dinner with a creative and roaming service, featuring canapés, salads, main dishes in finger food format, and surprising desserts. An ideal concept for events that call for movement, lightness, and sophistication.

The questions everyone asks
1. Can we customise the menu for our event?
Of course! All our menus are tailored to each event.
We adapt to the concept, timing, guest count, allergies and even your CEO’s quirks.
2. Do you also handle the venue logistics and service?
Yes. Besides the food, MAD coordinates service, equipment, staff and – if needed – liaises with the venue.
You just need to show up (or not, we’ve got it covered).
3. Do you cater for food intolerances or specific diets?
Always. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free… and boredom-free options.
4. How many guests can you cater for?
Big numbers don’t scare us.
From 10 to 1,000 guests we bring flavour and flawless service at every scale.
5. How far in advance should we book?
Ideally 2 to 4 weeks ahead.
But if you’re in a (delicious) rush, talk to us we’re great at saving the day.
6. Do you do events outside Lisbon?
Yes! North, south, islands, or beyond borders we go wherever needed.
