The concept consists in a table next to Chef’s Kitchen where clients are privileged spectators of everything that happens before the food reaches the plate.
Definitely the latest trend in the most elegant restaurants of the world.
A tasting menu consisting in 7 dishes is carefully created, always considering the requirements and inspiration of the client.
Living in a poetic way, being in a Chef’s Kitchen while creating a meal would be like being in a painter’s studio at the exact moment, he paints the colours on the canvas.
However, the concept “requires” a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 12 people.
The sensorial stimulus can also be “served at the table”! A total immersion of senses, the creativity of the Chef, combined with a somato-sensory protocol for processing perceived information. We are a team of thinkers of the gastronomic art, working together with cientists and researchers of the “decanting spetacule of things” process, entertainment experts, creatives, artists, designers, ilusionists, composers, storytellers, dancers and dreamers. Together with gastronomy, we will use technology, fashion, art, inovation, design and special effects. All the elements in this dinner are expressive tools with a specific message. We will create immersive and thematic environments that will strategically communicate the brand we work.
